Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tool Maker to fabricate, repair, and maintain precision injection molds. The ideal candidate will have strong machining skills, blueprint interpretation ability, and a keen eye for quality to support manufacturing operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and repair plastic injection molds as per design specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and CAD files.
• Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and precision tools.
• Inspect and test tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and functionality.
• Perform regular maintenance to reduce production downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
• Maintain records of tool specs, maintenance, and modifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10th/12th pass with hands-on experience; ITI/Diploma in Tool & Die Making preferred.
• Proficient in manual machining and use of precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Strong blueprint reading, problem- solving, and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and handle heavy tools/materials.
• Good manual dexterity for fine component work.
• Able to stand for long periods during assembly and tryouts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: 10th/12th pass with hands-on experience; ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Role Overview:  We are looking for a skilled Mold Designer with 2–5 years of experience in designing plastic injection molds. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and UG NX, with a solid understanding of mold design, tool construction, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop 2D/3D plastic injection molds using AutoCAD and UG NX.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and tooling teams to ensure feasibility.
• Optimize molds for quality, cost, and production efficiency.
• Conduct mold flow analysis and apply design improvements.
• Prepare detailed drawings and BOMs for tooling.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of mold design experience (plastic injection preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and UG NX (Unigraphics).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, mold materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

Preferred:

• Experience with mold flow simulation software.
• Familiarity with CNC machining.
• Good communication and documentation abilities
